The Titan Smiler's crawl-velocity pathfinding inside the L23 vent mesh suffered a geometry clipping issue that allowed the entity to teleport through wall segments. The hotfix restores the intended crawl-pacing without altering the cinematic timing of the Memory Worm encounter.
